Just wondering how long you guys have off between cycles, is there a preferred amount of time Cheers.

Common rule is the same length as the last cycle

varies form person to person mate but the majority stay on longer than off IME

Tazz you put this thread up twice last night and I deleted 1. There are now 3 so we need to lose a couple. Heres the response I put in one of the first: Time off = Time on cycle + Time on PCT Eg 12 week cycle + 4 weeks PCT = 16 weeks off before next cycle.

Here is Crasher's comment from one of the duplicate threads, I'll close them off and any further ones can go in here. crasher wrote: Well we all know it's time on = time off plus PCT. its usually time off + PCT however blood work is really the only way to see if you have fully recovered in order to go back on

That's not good last cycle was 12 weeks 4 weeks PCT then I started second cycle after 8 week break.
New I would get some good advice from you lot cheers.
That means 18 weeks of after this one how will I manage lol

Generally the more time you have off the the better results you have on your next cycle i find

Also think that results will gradually taper off the longer the cycle even with increases in dosage. Meaning longer cycles, longer time to recover before the next.
