At the end of Feb, and March and April, and May, etc etc, you get the picture... One of the guys from the PB RANKING ROOM will win a prize.
All guys using the PB RANKING ROOM will be given a number, put in a hat, and one name will be picked at the end of each month, and that name will win a prize! The draw will be on WebCam LIVE!!!!

remember guys, this section is brand new, so there wont be much content in here yet. the idea is to eventually have a table for every exercise and at least 50 names on the list. as you get stronger in the gym and update your pb's,. so will your place on the ranking list.
now its nothing to take serious, we know that. some of you wont even have the equipment to do the exercises, some of you will be involved in a different type of training altogether, but thats fine, at the end of the day the ONLY objective is so that your working as hard as you can in the gym, because when your working as hard as you can, your overloaded your muscles and thus creating an environment for growth. some times motivation on your own can be difficult, hopefully with your little pb section here, you can go into the gym with a small objective in the back of your mind for the days when your just not feeling it.
lets train together apart! does that make sense? lol
ps, remember PB's are CURRENT PB's only, not what we all did yesteryear! Also remember, your pb is there for YOU to beat and doesnt have to be dictated by amount of weight, but rather it could be amount of reps. 1 week you may struggle to get 10 reps, the next week, you beat your PB with 12 reps,. stick it down, it all helps YOU to focus.
