Just joined up tonight so thought I would schwing by and say hello to one and all.
Been training 5+ years but only got serious about it the last couple of years.
Looking to take the next step in my training, and actually start to understand the mechanics of it all, and learn off some vets.
Currently sitting at 5"7 (no laughing), about 14 stone and 15% bf. On the positive side there is always room for improvement, but no cure for shortness!
