Quitting is the easy part! Having the determination to stick at it and grind it out is what will set you apart from every other average shmuck! Well said !!

dnp has me very lathargic and clamy which is killing enthusiasm.
started taking trib n hgw yesterday hope that helps.
seriously considering going to weights and tredmill with this diet id prob enjoy it more but dont want to feel like a quiter. Training on dnp is very hard mate and frankly you will look like a bag of shit when you are on it especially the longer / higher dose you use. Just remember its a means to an end. I would not worry about the scales as well this week they will not give a true reflection of fat loss due to the water. Try adding in some fructose for a few days mate i found that helped when on dnp and some electrolytes.

Are you in month 1 or 2? It's supposed to get crazy in month 2. What are you hoping to get out of it? Just fat loss?

Month 1 bish halfway week 3 I'm going for pure fat loss you can't really gain on it just show the muscle you have.
This is my second round of insanity and yes Month 2 blows Month 1 out of the water two totally different levels Month 1 is just to get your fitness up for month 2 if you went straight into month 2 being unfit have a medic present lol.
Pure cardio followed by cardio abs tonight foot was killing me managed the warmup ( a workout in itself IMO) and about 1/3 of pure cardio but was hurting to much then did the last half of cardio abs( floor work).
Cardio recovery tomorrow so quite a lot volume compared to the rest so hopefully my foot will recover for.Friday.
Diet is still going strongery low carb. And still sweating away thanks to dnp..

Shrugs in august I was 13st at about 14% bf and getting bigger then boom thing went downhill my muscle mass made way to fat on my gut up to 21. % and my gut is all front. Now I don't want to bulk at 21% just to get my muscle back and increase the fat.I plan on reducing bf to a low as poss then bulk gaining as much muscle and as little fat as I can then hit a rip blend to bring it all together plus I'm not working and the soonest I can afford a cycle is April and back in the gym in march, so I may as well take advantage of this home resources I have till then n strip down. I'm thinking 10 weeks test Decca with androl 3 week cruise 6 weeks rip might use var too then pct and off till Jan. But I'm still working out what's best for my goals

Best fat loss I ever achieved was when I did5 weeks of smolov! It's not even a fat loss program it's a squatting program and you squat 4 times a week. Dropped from 14 down to about 10 and the best part was I was eating everything in sight! Got pretty good at squatting too funny enough. Did it natural as well which was killer!

i use calipers, online using tape measurements and the health machines you get in tesco n boots all come back roughly the same so its fairly accurate.

Sorry to hear about your foot chap, hard not to aggravate it: bike or swimming (or rowing machine if you have access) maybe, something non impact that keeps your foot fairly static.

had to call it..my foot is no better i tried to let it heal a few days but to no avail its still sore so ive called time on insanity and renewed my pure gym membership and will continue to cut using diet weights and treadmill plus supps.
plus the cheap car i got when i lost my job has decided to implode so now the cash i had planned for my cycle has to go towards a replacement.

Sorry to hear that chap, my fit aren't built for high impact either. Pain in the arse about the car too, it's so hit and miss, guys across the road bought a nice (read expensive) VW Toureg and have spent 4.5k on fixing all kinds of shit on it + another grand or so on tyres. My little runaround just keeps going so I'll buy something when it dies. Still #, you've got weights to look forward too. You will make good natural, muscle memory gains for the first couple of months anyway chap and enjoy it more.

Yeah, watch your tendons - they take it harder than your muscles after a rest : if your muscles hurts at both ends and not the middle then your training connective tissue and not muscle! (sorry, sounding like a dad there )

Well usual shit ie it will come back quick, muscle memory etc but the truth is youre just going to feel weak as fuck for 2-3 weeks but as long as you stay with it you'll feel happy in 3-4 weeks that you're getting back in the game. Head down, and chin up
