First week back is always tough mentally and physically bud, as Sent says muscle memory, PMA and tenacity and you will be fine.

Sadly the House of Pain is not the place to visit for DOMS sympathy. You'll be missing that pain within a month!

tbh mate not good, i switched from insanity to gym because ive somehow injured my foot and it wont go away .but its been so long since i hit the gym the doms whist satisfying were crippling me my head gasket on the car went so getting to the gym is a nightmare and ive been getting some roofing work (which was going to pay for my years cycles) but is now going on a new car. however i put the gym on hold as i wouldnt be able to work properly with rhat level of doms and i cant afford not to work.
ive maintained the diet and weight is sticking at 12st dead.
i pick up a new motor on saturday so the pressure will be off and i can pick and choose work so will be bk in the gym monday.
oh but somehow i feel and look a bit leaner

Don't you hate it when life gets in the way?! Well done for keeping you diet in shape, a lot of people fall apart given the excuse that one element is lacking and just cave on everything whereas you are working around the obstacles. Roll on next few weeks chap

my mrs has said im slimmer but flat and lost size n shape..fuck it itll come back with abs added.
diet was slack today been running about like a loon. got a replacemwnt car so the mrs is happy
and on a good note a plumbing firm i wrote to last month were very impressed with my cv and cover letter and want me in to discuss a possible oppertunity.
so fingers crossed my year long plans can start falling into place from now.

question for the more experienced guys..those of you who have lost muscle in the past then regained it months later.
now i plan on running only 2 blasts this year drol testdec..cruise then rip250 off
now my current situation dictates cycle cant start till april and currently im trying to loose bf naturally im about 8lbs down and feel slimmer but im also weak and small and feel most of what ive lost is muscle im getting comments on looking smaller its knocking my confidence and dont like it.
now i was thinking about running dbol only for 6 weeks into 2 weeks nolva then blast 1 i know dbol only will be alot of water but would i gain back the keepable muscle and strength that ive sacrificed to cut if my diets clean the bf should stay controlled and i could go into my blasts leaner but as big and strong as before cutting.
your views please

I agree, wait to your cycle proper as dbol only will make your next cycle less productive so it's a false economy. up the protein and fats a bit rather than carbs (thats what I'd do anyway) as the carbs tend to make you store a bit of water too giving you that soft look.

I agree with both the above.
I think you will have lost some muscle due to basically throwing the kitchen sink at the diet you basically hit nutrition, HIIT and fat burners all in one go. I would up the diet, stick with the gym work and drop the fat burners for the next 14 days then re-evaluate as you go. The muscle will come back no problem with an increase in food it just finding the right balance.
