Good luck with it Jim, are you logging your macros (not necessarily here but in general). As long as your consistent you should see a big difference in the first 2 weeks, should spur you on for the rest of the year.

Sent I've never been a calorie counter tbh I know how to eat clean and I know how much food I maintain 12.5st on so I'll basically just reduce intake but switch to cleaner foods than I'm currently eating

Ie
Breakfast eggs + 50g shake

Lunch chicken + broccoli

Snack 50g shake

WO

Pwo 50g shake

Dinner lean meat n veg

That's a basic day (shakes water whey glutamine taurine bcaa)

I'm itching for Monday now oh and April so I can pin lol

Sent yea i will do a carb refeed every sunday as thats my rest day im expecting quite drastic results last time i did insanity i didnt have stims and results were great then.

Reborn theres so many possibillities i want to gain lean mass i will eventually run rip trentest tbol cycles in what order im not sure. I really want to try decca but it goes agais my.lean goals.

Iv not used deca for that reason aswell scared of the mass amount of bloat but used npp which is basicly fast acting deca and bloat wasnt to bad still some bloat tho might be worth considering?

like the idea of just starting off by eating clean......the way to go! eat as your hungry and just count your protein for first 4 weeks, no set meal plans just as long your not eating takeaways ready meals etc. then once progress stops you have lots of tricks in your arsenal for disposal :D

March back to gym work on form and get strenght back up

This should take me upto min nov then off till april again hopefully some big changes in there.

Obviously this is not set in stone but stock permitting this is my cycle plan .

Yea I figured rather than large doses I'd just change the compounds.

I got years of training in me and plenty of time before I need to push past 1g. Doses

not knocking you jim matey, but if you have arse in gear (as in diet and training) you wouldnt need to run that many compounds year long. Do a standard cycle then switch to peptides to keep gains and sanity. You will whack off your hormones with above and I for one dont think the above plan is good at all :D

Mmm yea wen you put it like that Thomas it is a bit of a length.

Would you recommend switching blast 1-2 around to break up the tren or many I could switch the trentest for eqtest.

I really want to try he rip blend but also absoloutly loved the gains and feeling wen I was on the trentest and swore I'd do it again. :angry

Goose I get where your coming from and this is just an basic template everything is up for change.

Ell I got to get through a 2 month natty cut before I even get to the gym then I got a month to plan my first cycle and then go from there on results.....even if I do full pct and off cycle in the middle these are 3 cycles Im keen to eventually run....Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will I be so its baby steps atm :thumbsup

Also if I'm on cycle theirs no drink or drugs off cycle I'm up for anything and have to many on whim binges so as far as health and relationship its prob a better trade off...I think I have an addictive personality lol.

Your meds should be dictated by your goals. Training, diet, supps and gear should work in synergy to reach those goals....if that makes sense
