sent with tbol I've read quite a few times of guys maintain weight whilst dropping bf so if your going for clean mass you may very well stay at 12 ST the whole cycle and shred up a bit win win imo as you don't seen like a mass craver .

just finish cardio recovery ..its 35 mins streching and take position and hold exercises gives a real burn but is easy on the lungs...its supposed to be a recovery before tomorrows pure cardio.

again carbs low today 1 tbs pbutter. some pineapple and then veg with dinner rest was all protein.and fats.

morning weight 12.1.3/4 no great change.but yesterday was a low volume day, i am feeling a bit leaner tho. today has started crap got to go shopping so breakfast will be late.

doms are nearly all gone and body is starting to adapt to exercise again

morning weight 11.13 didnt train yesterday as my best mate visiting from oz told me hes off again so had to meet him in the pub...but i didnt drink and kept my diet clean.

carbs today and a roast woohoo.

Yeah, you'll probably jump 3-4 pounds fleetingly with refeed but like you say, down again by wed/thurs. If you stick to the plan it's straight forward but you're showing great discipline chap

im benefiting from being unemployed tbh as im at home it makes keeping to the diet easier im just hoping for a bit of roofing work mid jan so thatll pay the year gym fee and hopfully the cycle..but yes i feel very determined plus i want to see juat what can be acheived with jdl t5s clen and dnp with the same calories and workout program. i will log measurements every 2weeks.

morning weight 12.1 so thats down from 12.3 after sundays refeed.

plyometric ciruits again last night whilst i still had to atop n recover of my own accord at points it was much easier than last week..also the diet is being kept clean but i was craving carbs last night.

cheers lads.. power and resistance again tonight i can feel my body finding cardio easier because you go for as many reps as pos if you push hard no matter how fit you are you end up in a heap.

diet again clean weight before bed 12.2 so going to see what i loose overnight. :thumbsup
