Where does it go? Certainly not down to "bedroom acrobatics" in my case I guess just the fact we are tickign our metabolism and not eating + the fact I always weight myself PP (Post Piss) so a fair amount of water weight gets negated.

pure cardio last night ..man the non stop stuff kills me.
morning weight 11.13 + 3/4 so back to last weeks final weight after 3 days out from refeed..still a few days left of the week so aiming for 11.11 for sunday morning before another refeed
then i switch from t5's to dnp which im approaching with caution as due to the serious increase in body temp from insanity plus the thermogenic and upto 50% metabolic increase with dnp there is a possibility of pushing things too far.
i will be monitering hr and uping water intake as well as looking for signs of raised bp. any thoughts rhat im pushing my body to far and dnp will be pulled.
i have handled dnp with minor sides whilst using minimal cardio but never with hiit so its very poasible i wont like how i feel after a few days and drop it for a while then go to clen.

pissed off tbh these 2 weeks results really dont do any justice to the diet t5s or insanity as they were taken the day after the refeed and in the evening after eating most of my daily calories i was 11.13+1/2 on sunday morning Pre refeed and took quick measurments on fri and was smaller than this evening, plus i took 300mg dnp today so may contribute to some bloat.

^^^^ could be bloat from the dnp as you say!
This is why im staying away from the scales and only getting weighted every couple of weeks there are so many contributing factors in weight gain lose even in just one day as you know!
What the mirror saying!?

I won't pretend to understand the bloat and burn cycle of DNP but it does seem to throw you curve balls with the water retention short term. Weight loss is a bit of an art form but it always succumbs to science if you are consistent and you are doing that chap. Keep with the program and when all the bloat etc factors are taken away you will definitely have made progress.

Don't quit now bud you've made some great progress already! It will be hard work and at times you will question why your even doing it but come the end of the run you will know exactly why when you look at your results.
Quitting is the easy part! Having the determination to stick at it and grind it out is what will set you apart from every other average shmuck!
