A big hello to everyone on here,
After nearly 10 yrs without training, i have finally decided to get back to it. Not back at gym yet been doing pressups,light squats and chins at home for the 3 weeks. hurt like hell for about a week, but i think the old body is starting to enjoy it again now. Gonna give it 4 more weeks before i start at gym.I am 40 years old and around 15st at 5,11. a bit overweight, but that will soon put itself right,

Bit rusty on diet,heres what i have been eating. seems ok at the moment, but any thoughts would be much appreciated.

7am porridge with half a scoop of whey, and a banana.
10am protein shake and an apple
1pm 200g chicken in wraps and yoghurt.
3pm protein shake and a banana.
6pm whatever the mrs cooks.
9.30pm protein shake.

Also take multi vitamins, omega 3 fish oils.

This forum seems to be far more knowledgable than most.

Hey Ape, diet looks very high in protein, could do with some fats in there tbh.

Thanks admin.

Its been a while, i am working on diet now.

Just found some good recipes for shakes on here, adding oats and peanut butter for extra cals. so will defo add them in.

just easing myself back into training at the moment as i have had a long lay off. I will be starting to bulk in the near future.
