Did this a couple of hours ago and tbh it's taken everything out of me, i thought my bollocks were going to explode out my ears, first time I've ever felt sick after an excercise. My gyms only got one of those machines sent posted a pic of the other day, it only goes up to 250kg! Makes me realise 335kg is an awesome lift, fair play to you and anvid :hero

yea but bonus tbh i think those machines are harder to move than the plate loaded others are using i know i can shift much more on one of them ie 200kg for reps and i got shit legs..i find the pulley plate ones much stiffer. ao you should find another leg press n try it youd prob suprise yourself.

Jim2 is right, I can't pull as much on the pulley. I can do four sets of 210 on the plates though.

i think they must all be different then.
theres a leg press at the old gym i used to train at, stack is 250kg, can piss it, very easy.
but on the leg press we now use, 335kg had my face and eyes fill with blood, thought a vein was going to explode.

think they all are very different.

Hey! if you don't mind those "fake arse" machines allow me to get 450kg for 6 reps. It's all in the pulleys baby :) Did I mention that was using one leg ;-)

Agreed, I'll video it!

Above is the machine, I'm pretty sure if I'm doing 400kg for 8 reps, it's an easier machine.

Yeah ive used one of those you can lift a bit extra weight due to the gearing ratios of the machine.....still a great effort though mate well done !
