Hi guys . I know alot of guys on here are kicking off their training in january, and alot of members dont journal their progress. So i will be posting my before pics here and will add results pics next december . I invite all members to join me and at the end of the year we can vote for most improved member. The gauntlet is down lets see who picks it up!!
