Yeah mate i get terible acne on my chest and back have had it since i was a teen and just cant shift it
Been prescribed roaccutane at 50mg ed but the sides where horrendous and only managed 40mg ed for a few months
Before i got depressed dry lips felt like shit and slightly paranoid so stopped them for now

It always gets worse when on cycle but hey shit happens, a few week before i start my new cycle i will start on the roaccutane again and try to run threw the cycle to provent.a bad flare up

mate im 100kg normally
and only got prescribed 20mg as the doctor had lots of success on a low dose,
it took me weeks to develop chapped lips, and slightly dry skin but that was it,
took around 2 months for my Acne ( and it was fucking HORRENDOUS) to clear up,
Im scarred now but im taking Accutane eod and seems to be fine, skin is okay and been on a pretty strong cycle past 4 weeks and not one big beast yet, also cysts,,,

Just a point im making out, if you can easily get hold of it, and are we a derm i doubt you will have problems being able to get hold of Bloods etc

Yeah was getting bloods every 4 -6 weeks but i think i missed my last appointment still got a shit load of tane hanging around some where and will go back for an other prescription its handy to stuff to have

Diet good so far today! But really craving carrot and coriander soup like a pregnant womenlol could be my body telling me i lacking a vit or mineral? That is in carrots or corriander??

Im gutted the gym is closed due to the snow so cant train tonight or do cardio

Did walk 45ish minutes to work and back so a bit of cardio
Diet been ok is today really craving a cheat meal and have resisted for now will do push day tomoro

Just walked to the gym to find it closed again! !

I understand the snow effecting people ablily to travel to work et but this is a community gym and most if not all of the people that work there live in the same area as me (as this is the whole point of the community aspect of it the place to provide local jobs for local people) and if i can get there then they nedd to oull there finger out for sure!

Thats my bitchy whing over lol So can train today again :(

Nothing worse; perhaps try some maintenece work at home ; pullups, press ups depending on body part; just to keep you ticking over and mentally get the frustration out.

Im just guna leave it till monday now and keep diet tight! Could do with a break tbh still got sloght doms from wed.

I have done that before or my fav use to be the mc chicken gangbang a chicken burget in the middle on i double cheese burger taste dam good lol

Go myself weight in boots now weighting 14st 3lbs (after having lunch and still had shoes etc on amd stuff in my pockets) So between 4-6 lbs lost in 3 weeks and feel a lot better, weight heading in the right direction!

Around 750cals burnt according to the machines i was on!

Have re booked bf test for this friday as gym was closed last friday will up date with mesaurments again soon see if any thing has changed

Still no carbs with evening meal and going well, but should i add more fats to evening meal because i have drop the carbs out? As this meal is usually my post work out meal?
