Video from the side would definitely help.

I don't think he does himself any favours setting up like that, I like to drive hips down before pulling and he's missing that by kneeling on the floor and then just standing up and pulling. Could probably get a good bit tighter before the pull.

I'm guessing they have been adding votes to the original poll as well, as you've got labs like d4net quite high up.

It would be better being 1 vote a month and show the totals each month so you can see when a lab goes to shit!

Unfortunately internet polls like this mean nothing, far to easy to get them to show whatever the website wants them to (not saying that's the case here though).

Yes there are many plans that are highly useful and many people got positive results by using them. The diet based on fruit or vegetable is need to follow strictly if you want better and fast results. Orange or Cucumber diet that is highly useful for weight loss. Honestly for the majority of people - it's just not worth the considerable outlay. I think you'd get better results from spending the money on a really good coach and following what they say to the letter.
