I've tried occlusion training, which is pretty much the same thing and dint get much from it bar crazy pumps.

I found mixing esters made me very unpredictable temper wise, as well as other sides.

500mg sust and i was allover the place 500mg test e no issues at all.

Even tren and test using the same esters and I was fine.

Bench and squat would be no problem and 4lb under in the deads...all back in he day obvious at circa 90kg body weight

Taking low calories with high protein is a good breakfast as we all knows protein gives us energy that we need to win all day. I think taking 2 egg white with one slice of brown bread are enough for your breakfast if you are doing office work or less energy consumer. But taking one glass of fresh m...

D4D pretty much covers it.

You will recover faster, but there has to be a balance of volume V frequency.

Carbs are sub 100g each days fats are high though 50% of diet.

Cardio has tapered down thia week to 6 hrs from 20hrs zone 2 a week.

You can get low fat cottage cheese. But yes will be fine.
