Yes it works well, and quite a few power lifters do so. Remember the deadlift is the last of the three events at a meet. Points to remember. Never squat after a dead lift. My best lifts were pushing. Bench 187.5 kg @97kg can't do that now since tore my left pec major.. maybe never will again plus am heavier now lol.. best deadlift was 270kg @100kg squat 225kg@ 100kg also all when I was 28yrs ten years ago what fuck happended to me. Mate you should seriously thin of doing power lifting - your dead lift is right up there with the elite guys at about 10kg heaver than you too.

Nice routine LittleTodd - three days a week is a good training schedule and folks will be surprised by how much strength and growth can be achieved. More is not always a good idea when it comes to time spent in the gym.

How has it worked for you, and did you restructure your body shape as you wanted.
