Thanks lads! i will be focusing more on form and its time for me to switch my routine i want to get to "know" by body properly and see what i grow from more as i have two conflicting ideas lol.
Form on deadlifts is perfect but squats i need to get used to lol

Is this just back squats?
I front squatted 130kg for 1 in the gym just now at a bw of 82 so that's a score of 48! You boys need to up your game!

oooh i got squats tomorrow last time i squated i got 120 at 84kg im weaker and lighter now but zimmer has given me a target if i can get 100kg @76kg ill be chuffed

I have no idea what my 1rm would be these days on any squats as I am sticking to reps. But just to save my ego the 100kg was a rest pause style set of 40+ reps

Personally for those with wrist issues I can see the benefit but those who are just lacking the flexibility to hit that position really shouldn't be using straps because otherwise it's just facilitating dysfunction and as Gray Cook loves to say ' you can't train fitness on dysfunction!'
