Antbody ( Sentinel ? ) know if Holland and Barrett's Taurine is any good ?
I thought the standard dose was 5 or 10 mg but they do tablets for 500mg ! ? 50 for £6.15 Just saves me waiting in for the postman if buy from there rather than my Protein..... Am I confused ?? ( as usual )  _________________ I'M PINK, THEREFORE I'M SPAM. |

I bought and used some of the H&B ones. I didn't notice they helped with the extreme pumps I was getting. But then I think that's because at the dose they are, you need to take so many in one day. 3g taurine per day = 6 of these tablets. There's only 50 in the bottle!!
If you find a cheaper/better alternative, I'd love to hear about it! |
