How do! I made these yesterday and they turned out great! 2 packs or extra lean turkey mince (aldi £1.25-1.75) 3 cloves garlic 2 fresh green chillies 1 egg
Beat the egg, and add to a large bowl. Crush the garlic, slice the chilli and add to the egg. Now add the minced turkey, and mix well. Shape this mixture into 8 balls, and then flatten into burger shapes. I find it best to use grease proof paper or baking paper as they don't stick to it. Put them in the fridge for a few hours so stiffen up...and then either grill on medium for 12 mins, or cook on a George foreman.
Have them on a seeded brown roll, voila!

Thanks for this hurstie, just cooked up my first batch, they smell great. Shame my enthusiasm dont match my cooking skills. Top tip: don't use 2 eggs! I know!!! I just happened to have 2 eggs and thought it would be ok. Turned out like a kind of very thick turkey pancake, still tastes good though! Attachment: Turkey Burger.jpg
