How do!
I made these yesterday and they turned out great!
2 packs or extra lean turkey mince (aldi £1.25-1.75)
3 cloves garlic
2 fresh green chillies
1 egg

Beat the egg, and add to a large bowl. Crush the garlic, slice the chilli and add to the egg.
Now add the minced turkey, and mix well.
Shape this mixture into 8 balls, and then flatten into burger shapes.
I find it best to use grease proof paper or baking paper as they don't stick to it.
Put them in the fridge for a few hours so stiffen up...and then either grill on medium for 12 mins, or cook on a George foreman.

Have them on a seeded brown roll, voila!

22g protein per burger, 0.4g carbs, 5.3g fat, of which 1.7g is sat.

Thanks for this hurstie, just cooked up my first batch, they smell great.
Shame my enthusiasm dont match my cooking skills.
Top tip: don't use 2 eggs!
I know!!! :notlistening
I just happened to have 2 eggs and thought it would be ok.
Turned out like a kind of very thick turkey pancake, still tastes good though!
