Thanks man, yeah i noticed that too, they seem to grow from the back, but cant seem to get em to pop from the front at all! Gunna have to try a few new movements
I read a while ago that dumbbell shrugs makes our traps thicker, and barbell shrugs gives them more height so I would say barbell shrugs to make them show from the front more?
Being on high test tends to make them blow up too
Thanks man, i been doing dumbell alot lately, mostly beause the squat rack for doing dumbell shrugs is always taken up. But im gunna try them alot more havent actually done them in a while. High test haha, im keeping doses average/low on this cycle, only because i wanna get the weight i lost up, but once i hit a nice comfy weight around 90kg i think high test it is next
