Hi guys, in my first year of training I failed a low bar squat in the rack. I got a sharp pain in the right side of my ribs as i lowered the bar on to the safety pins, i stopped squatting for a couple weeks and the pain went away. I can high bar squat fine but when i low bar squat with any significant weight the pain comes back for as long as the bars on my back. I've really worked on my form and stuff but the pain is always there and it's been years. Any ideas?
