Diet advice

Hi guys
Being a nuisance lol but love all your help and advice
With the course I am on starting test deca & dbol (to come)
I am able to sustain 5 meals a day
Could you please advise a good diet to gain size.
I’m 48 and have a high intensity job

More meal more frequently is viewed as.most optimal but you can get away with have 3 larger meals a day just make sure your getting your macros in and that your getting protein in soon as you wake and before bed you can use,shakes to fill gaps in between the 3 meals of needed but it is very doable.

Did you cut back from 5 means a day to 3 meals a day, Kango? How did it work out for you bro?

Mon to fri going good bud with 3 meals & then top up with shakes
Sat & Sun 5-6 times so all going good
On course 3 weeks and all going great

Buy cashew nuts 75p for full bag in lidil

Add these too food 1 bag is 1000 cals good fats good on digestion i have found also sesame oil few teapsoons

Carbs rice fruits little marshmallows potatoes noodles oats


Protein scotch beef eggs chicken whey

Spinach

First meal
5 full eggs
Spinach
Handfull cashews
120g oats 1 scoop whey

Meal 2
200g scotch beef
250g rice
Handful spinach
2 teaspoon sesame oil

Meal 3 pre
2 scoop whey
1 bag marshmallows
Handful cashews


Post workout
Bcca eaa
Dextrose

Meal 4
500g potatoe
250g chicken
2 teaspoon sesame oil

Meal 5
200g scotch beef
250 rice
Handful spinach

Meal 6
5 eggs
1 scoop whey
500g Greek yogurt
Handful cashews

Dont be scared too add little pizza or junk in for extra cals few times a week

But the diet above is basic add sea salt in spinach potatoes provide pottasuim can add fruits in too and some junk if wanted since its offseason

If you do not have much time to plan a diet plan, why u not go to any dietitian? For sure, it will make your life easier :-) and it will certainly be safety
