So im 4 weeks into a dunning test 300 cycle and its going great! I wanna cut some fat tho. Im looking to eat as simple as i can for the best gains possible. Not bothered about eating the same thing all the time. Im looking to have scrambled eggs in the mornings with maybe 2 slices of wholemeal seedy bread for some fibre. Then just chicken breast, broccoli and a small roast potato or 2 for any other meal with some nuts and diet protein shakes in between and after training. Does this sound ok?
