yes on all 3.
having said that, yes i HAVE.. today i wouldnt be able to do it. the bench yes, but the squat and deadlift unlikely.

Me too, but deadlifts no longer figure in my workouts so I would struggle to pull a 500 deadlift now.
Never quit. If you stumble get back up. What happened yesterday NO longer matters. Today's another day so get back on track and move closer to your goals. YOU can do it

Funny how it works. Different folks have different strengths.

So for me the dead-lift is easy peasy still and I am well up on my 2.5x body weight , bench I struggle but can do (just), squat you must be having a laugh. When younger for sure but now nope not happening.

One rep max - what is your body weight mate? 1.5x/2x/2.5x your body weight is the goal I guess. The 300/400/500 is just a nice label for this.

So for my body weight I pull over 600lbs to tick the 500 box because I weigh 240lb

No doubt about that my friend. Just take your time - small steps are often the best kind of progress to make.

Only ever on bench press sadly due to major motorcycle accident curtesy of a drunk driver smashing headon into my motorcycle when I was 17, spent the next couple months in traction, was lucky to survive let alone walk again. For this reason unfortunately squats and dead’s have to be more about volume and form rather than ego for me.
Not quite there on bench right now either, but have plans to change that again shortly.
Excellence is never an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives - choice, not chance determines your destiny.
