Shawn Rhodden has just won open class beating Phil Heath into second.
Flex Lewis won the 212 lb class for 7th time. Moving to open class next year
Never quit. If you stumble get back up. What happened yesterday NO longer matters. Today's another day so get back on track and move closer to your goals. YOU can do it

Think Phil should of placed 3rd or 4th. Think he was too cocky and thought he won it already,, kai greene should of done it this year could of had a good chance of winning it

Yea agreed, I saw him compete a few years back when he won British GP in Manchester. He was good then but he's taken it to a different level this year.
