If Tren makes you feel like that then the best thing is to find other alternatives
I think DHB can give you a better physical performance with your boxing. It has a nickname of being touted as Trens baby brother in a sense of giving similar results but with more muscle fullness and no cardio lowering effect.
You could do a stack of DHB with Test and low dose of winny or do a Masteron,Test and tbol as all will help with athletic performance and I've know people who do boxing to successfully use those types of stacks.
Your diet will have to be more on point with these types of cycles as when using Tren it can be more forgiving if your diet is not 100% as it partitions nutrients like no other compound hence why a lot of people love using it as the kind of results it can give you but it does for some people come at a cost like how your describing how Tren effects you mate.
Well you should definitely stick to your test and tbol cycle and I think just being back in the gym and active again will help you drop the excess fat weight you put on and don't play your Clen "card" to early wait for progress to slow down first. Plus doing it like this will help you continue making progress as if you start everything at once you could get some results at the beginning and then things plateau. You could also do Clen when doing pct as its not like you would need to have a test base present for it to work and can effectively use it on its own.
