I don't have much special breakfast in the morning. But bread with butter and 2 half fried eggs are enough. A nice dollop of cow semen on the side for dipping purposes enhances the flavour like nothing you've ever tasted before

Currently

80g Oats
60g Blueberries
300ml Milk
50g Whey in water
Cup of Tea
If you think you can, you can.
If you think you can't, you can't.

Starting next week once I have my work break...

06:00 - 500ml Vytataus water w/ lemon

06:30 - 150g Venison/Bison, greens & 50g mixed nuts

Carbs @ meal 2.

Been doing this
85g whey isolate
170g oats
600ml whole milk
10g honey
100g peanut butter

1900 calories

Fills you up for hours though
