Postby admin » Sat Feb 10, 2018 6:31 pm

How many calories per day do you guys try and get in.

Im currently doing 5,000 calories daily.
Carbs 51% = 640
Protein 26% = 320
Fats 23% = 130

i will drop fats abit when i climb in weight, but for now, thats where im happy.
how about you guys?

I’ve never tracked or counted anything mate

I’d say roughly 5-6k per day

300+ protein per day

Been eating cleanish for a while now but I have been guilty of the odd treat here and there

I’m happy with my current intake if my size and gains slow down I up my food intake slightly probably throw in an extra snack here and there or double breakfast

Roughly 280 pro, 250 carbs, 110 fats here. Total about 3400ish is what I usually hit on MyFitnessPal
Massive, Ripped, Natural <<<< Pick two

No amount of fat burners will substitute a calorie deficit :-)

Must add this isn’t a bulking phase I’m in, on a bulk I’d normally eat 4000. I’m trying to slowly figure out how much I can eat without getting a double chin like I had before the cut

Must admit, I’m obsessed with MFP!
Love changing it around on a daily basis to see where is optimal for me, we are all so very different, one man can gain size on 2k another may need 6k!
If I go to low and the scales didn’t budge the following day, I readjust and add calories, usually carbs, until the scales are moving but at a steady pace, eg no more than 1lb per day.
Find 3lb a week is size increase without too much fat. Anymore than that and it’s usually fat gains for me.
