Chest and shoulder workouts?

Post your favourite workouts of the two down below. My chest and and shoulders could do with some catching up compared to arms. Would love to try some new workouts. Oh for those with big traps, post them too, could also do with something different. Cheers lads

hi Danny.
Im currently focusing hard on shoulders to bring them up to par with arms.
heres what im doing.

Exercise 1 = Shoulder Press (Dumbbells) (4 sets x 8-12, progressively heavier)
Exercise 2 = Shoulder Press (Bar) (Front) (4 sets x 8-12, progressively heavier)
Exercise 3 = Side Lat Raise (single arm) 3 sets x 10 - 12
Exercise 4 = Front Raise 3 sets x 10 - 12
Exercise 5 = Cable pulldowns, straight arm 3 sets x 12

I like to go back and forth between muscle groups so..

Strict standing military press 2 sets first 6-8 second 10-12 plus a couple of push press reps at the end
Decline bench 2 sets reps as above
Side laterals 2 sets as above
Low inc dbells 2 sets as above

Giant set of Cable cross overs , upright row wide grip, up right row narrow grip 3 sets 15 reps each exercise.

About every 5 days for frequency.
