Im currently focusing hard on shoulders to bring them up to par with arms.
heres what im doing.
Exercise 1 = Shoulder Press (Dumbbells) (4 sets x 8-12, progressively heavier)
Exercise 2 = Shoulder Press (Bar) (Front) (4 sets x 8-12, progressively heavier)
Exercise 3 = Side Lat Raise (single arm) 3 sets x 10 - 12
Exercise 4 = Front Raise 3 sets x 10 - 12
Exercise 5 = Cable pulldowns, straight arm 3 sets x 12
