1800 Calorie Breakfast

Postby admin » Fri Feb 16, 2018 9:40 am

Start your day with a massive 1800 calories with this Breakfast idea.

I do this every morning.

1 X Hardgainer Protein Shake (400ml semi skimmed milk)
1 x Bowl of Porridge with Honey (300ml of semi skimmed milk)
4 x Slices of Toast (10gram of butter)
1 x Soft Drink (500ml)

MACROS.
254grams of Carbs!
89grams of Protein!
40grams of Fats!

CARBS 60%
FAT 21%
PROTEIN 20%

Pretty much the perfect ratio for bulking and its only meal 1, and already 1800 Calories!

How much you expecting to gain and are you going to stop after you've gained a certain amount or just keep going until yoube finished your bulking period?

Tbh I’m not sure where I’m gonna stop.
I am adding fat at a big rate so I may have to clean it up for the last 8 weeks..
If I hit 19stone I’d be happy with that, then start the slow cut, what I have noticed based on previous efforts is when I cut i don’t seem to drop much weight, just the fat.
Last comp was 10lb drop from biggest to stage.

17stone 3lb now, bulk to 19stone, if I’m on stage at 17stone I would be very happy with that.
Last comp stage weight was 220lb.
Don’t want any less than 235lb this time.

Ahh ok so the hardgainer is like a protein powder then with loads of calories.

I thought it was like a special admin shake with loads of stuff in.

I used to make one with protein powder, peanut butter, blueberries, oats, whole milk, flax seeds, I called it the "megashake" lol

That's a serious way to get your day kick started. I think if I had all that first thing I'd have to go back to bed haha
