1 x Bowl of Porridge with Honey (300ml of semi skimmed milk)
4 x Slices of Toast (10gram of butter)
1 x Soft Drink (500ml)
254grams of Carbs!
89grams of Protein!
40grams of Fats!
Pretty much the perfect ratio for bulking and its only meal 1, and already 1800 Calories!
