Upon waking and pre workout

4 wheatabix
1scoop choc protein
300ml almond milk

Post workout

100g rolled oats
1scoop choc protein
300ml almond milk.

Rita. Your advice just confirms to me why I lack so much energy. :lol:

Doh,now i get why my trainings crap.....too many carbs preworkout,not enough energy from my protein ffs lol. :lol:

I love a carb heavy breakfast, usually have 80-100g oats with coconut milk and frozen blueberries plus a shake made from 40-50g Whey. However, the carbs can often lead to sugar cravings mid-morning for me! To be honest I just love sugar, shouldn't blame the carbs! I'd be eating chocolate throughout the day if I could get away with it. Protein for energy though? :roll:
