Intermittent fasting/OMAD on gear

Postby lostweightmuscle » Thu May 31, 2018 10:04 am

I'm about to start a Tbol, test cycle, I have been using keto and OMAD for 3 weeks now, my question is can I keep this diet and still make gains I don't wanna waste my gear, currently down 15lbs in 3 weeks

Any advice would be most welcome

I've been fasting between 20-24 hours a day

Can you gain muscle....sure, how much will be the question....not much IMO and a waste of a cycle.

For health the above could work well for any kind of strength based training its useless.

Add carbs and feed your body round the clock if possible

Food is the #1 anabolic...

Depriving your bod of it for 20+ hours a day is not a wise move in order to gain imo.

Is there a reason you hve selected suchh an approach?

Waste of gear imo, well balanced, clean diet is where you want to be
Never quit. If you stumble get back up. What happened yesterday NO longer matters. Today's another day so get back on track and move closer to your goals. YOU can do it

If you want to do a basic cycle to hang on to more of your current mass whilst doing IF or OMAD then fine. But as the others have said if you want to gain you will be disappointed. You can lose fat and gain size whilst on cycle but even that is challenging and means consuming more clean foods, more often that either IF or especially OMAD will facilitate. Just do a Lean Bulk :)

It all depends on what your goal is. If you have set the target to loose weight and get lean they you will achieve that outcome.
Strive for continuous improvement, instead of perfection.
