sorry guys, I quickly wrote and I did not see that it made such a connection.
Of course, juice from beets and grapes with coffee .... could taste like a poop. so I will write peacefully. I use it always and always stimulates me to act

coffee with coconut water.
250 ml - a portion

black coffee ground arabica type about 2 teaspoons
50 ml of coconut water
200 ml of water
without sugar
it tastes good

grape juice or beet juice mix with whey protein. Propocje as if you were doing a simple cocktail - weight for your needs. As for the juice - it gives about 200-300 ml

In beetroot juice we also find a set of vitamins from group B (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6), which helps in neuroses, counteracts stress, depression, reduces nervous tension. Vitamins enhance concentration, alertness, reflexes and memory. They help in the case of sleep disorders, regulate blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Grape seed extract effectively destroys cancer cells in breeding, including skin, breast, intestine, lung, stomach, prostate cancer.

This morning before training, I was making a protein Cocktail, they say "Awoken tiger": D

1 sachet of green tea,
3 tablespoons boiling water,
1 teaspoon of honey,
200 ml of water or almond milk,
1 scoop of chocolate soy protein isolate,
3 brazil nuts,
a handful of shelled sunflower seeds,
a handful of shelled pumpkin seeds.

Brew the tea bag in boiling water, throw it away and let the honey drip. Transfer to the blender, add the rest of the ingredients and blend to smoothness.

Goodness: Anti-inflammatory effect of fatty acids in nuts. You do not have Brazilian? Take Italian - they have even more omega-3.
