I play around with my carbs massively.
I’ve noticed where my training starts to suffer so I readjust and take them up.
For example, if I hit less than 300 grams of carbs in a day and then go cycling, it’s no issue, but the following day is a tough on in the gym, and I look depleted.
So I kinda play around with carbs..
Big training days / cycling days etc I’ll hit minimum 300 grams, then I’ll have a couple days where I’m not even hitting 200s

Interesting stuff, thanks for all the input. What's the highest you guys will go, carb wise?

obviously highest carb days are the loads after depletion when wanting to look good for whatever event, then they can be 1000 per day for 2 days, and just check mirror and see if any spillage.

i think i could hit 400gram of carbs per day and not have an issue spilling now because my days are pretty active.
