You can’t add muscle and lose fat at the same time. Building muscle (bulking) requires a calorie surplus, while burning fat requires a defecit (cutting). Do you know what % body fat you are right now?
Either way I would recommend a simple test cycle since it is your first
W 1-10 Test Enth 500mg/week
W 1-12 Adex 0.5mg 2x a week
W 1-12 500u HCG 2x a week
W 13-15 50mg clomid/day
W 13-16 20mg tamoxifen/day.
If you want to bulk eat 500 calories over Maintenance per day, at least 200g protein
If you want to cut eat 500 calories under Maintenance per day, again at least 200g protein.
