Ok...so I'm using the power rack to do some heavy barbell rows, and I see in the mirror some fuckwit walk in looking only like what I will describe as the lad from the "pretty fly for a white guy" video! I'd managed 3 sets of 5 before he'd managed to fix his hair, and I finished another two sets in the time it took him to do 1 set of shrugs using 20 plates! I then watched in disgust as he picked up his protein shaker and swaggered out!! What's the point!!! (Rant over  )
