I would defo add in the glucosamine bro; it takes a month to kick in but it helps your joints out no end. Don't worry about omega 6 or 9 too much bro; they are less essential than 3. Just go for 3 and if 6 and 9 are in it then so be it but not needed. Extra Vit C is another good choice mate; a good multi is fine but the demands we put on ourselves require more. I like to get Vit C powdered and add it (1 level teaspoon/5g/5000mg) to my 2 ltr bottle of water to drink all day.

The world seems to be divided into those who glucosamine works for and those who it doesn't. I've had it solo and with msm chondroitin etc but no real change. Probably depends on the origin of the joint problems ie just inflammation, lack of synovial fluid, ligament/tendon/soft tissue damage etc. Fish oil makes the biggest improvement and Cissus I use in the short term for specific eg rotar cuff injuries or flare ups. I forgot night time supps: Theanine Melatonin 5-HTP May drop the melatonin as it gets you off to sleep but can wake you up with a snap at 3 or 4am.

I've now ditched Milk Thistle for liver cleansing and switched up to NAC; better studies, clinical use, more potent. Liv 52 still useful but complimentary
