Guys, I have something that might interest you. Your chance to ask a former IFBB, With 5 titles to his name any question you want, steroid or non steroid related. The best 10 questions will be picked and ill have the answers here for you in January, exactly as he wrote them.
Put down as many options for questions as you want, the best 10 of all questions will be selected and sent across.
I am not going to say who the guy is, because that would be unfair to him, especially since some of the questions, (knowing you lot) will be gear related. I promise you that he has held various titles, done many seminars, been involved within the sport for over 3 decades and held 5 serious titles.
So ask away.

I guess I would ask him this, " if you had 12 months starting from now, to get into the best possible shape, best gains and overall greatest results, what would you do and how would advise somebody else to achieve the same either with or without gear? "

1. What are your views on different training principles to bring up lagging parts and strengthen weak areas i.e heavy partial reps in different zones of motion, stress under stretch position and frequency of training.
2. What is your preferred training style to gain mass?
3. Do you change your training when prepping for a show?
4. Apart from Bodybuilding, what else do you like to do with your time, any other hobbies or interests?
5. Do you ever run DNP if so what diet structure do you follow ?
6. If you could go back in time what would you change about your diet and training?
