Get in Touch With Us

This page explains how to contact the Betting Not On Gamstop editorial team, what we can help with and what we cannot. We publish research-based guides about betting sites that are not part of GAMSTOP, so most messages we receive are about our content: a fact that looks out of date, a question about how a bonus term works, or a suggestion for a topic.

Before you write: what we can and cannot do

We are an independent information site. We are not a bookmaker, we do not hold anyone's money, and we cannot see or change any betting account. That shapes what is worth sending us.

What to include so we can reply usefully

  1. The page or the name of the betting site your message concerns.
  2. The exact statement you think is wrong or unclear, and where you saw it.
  3. Any source that supports your point, such as the operator's own terms and conditions, with the date you read them.
  4. Whether you would like a reply or are simply passing on information.

Please do not send passport scans, card numbers, passwords or full account details. We never need them.

Reporting a correction

Bonus terms, payment options and licensing details change often, and operators can alter them without notice. Our figures reflect information checked on 1 October 2026 and show offers as advertised by the bookmakers, not as we have confirmed through our own use of any site. If you find that an offer, a minimum deposit, a payment method or a withdrawal rule no longer matches what a site states, tell us. We review each report against the operator's published terms before changing anything.

Problems with a betting site

If you have a dispute with a bookmaker, we cannot resolve it for you, and we cannot promise any outcome. These steps usually work best:

  • Keep records. Save screenshots of the bonus terms, your transaction history and any messages with customer support.
  • Use the site's complaints procedure. Most operators publish one. Follow it in writing so there is a dated trail.
  • Check who regulates the operator. Sites outside GAMSTOP typically hold overseas licences rather than a UK Gambling Commission licence, which means the routes open to you if something goes wrong can differ from those with a UK-licensed bookmaker. Check the licence details in the site's footer and verify them with the issuing authority.
  • Be ready for verification. Identity (KYC) and source-of-funds checks are a common cause of withdrawal delays. Responding promptly with the documents requested normally helps.

Where to find support for gambling harm

If gambling is affecting your finances, relationships or mood, please speak to someone independent of us and of any betting site. In Great Britain, GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, with web chat also available. You can also use GAMSTOP to self-exclude from UK-licensed sites, and use deposit and loss limits, or gambling blocking software on your devices. Gambling should never be treated as a source of income or a way out of money worries. If you mention a concern in your message, we will reply with these resources rather than anything promotional.

Business and editorial enquiries

If you represent an organisation, tell us who you are and what you have in mind. Please note that our publisher may earn commission when readers use certain links to operators. That commission does not buy position: rankings are based on our editorial assessment of terms, payments and features, and an enquiry cannot change them.

What to read while you wait

Many questions are answered in our guides. If you are weighing up casino-style products from the same type of operator, our guide to non GamStop casinos covers how those differ from sports betting. For sports betting itself, our other pages explain odds, wagering requirements, payments and mobile apps in plain language.

What to expect after you send a message

A member of the team reads each message. We do not publish a guaranteed response time, and busy periods may mean a wait. We may decline to answer requests for personalised betting advice or help with a specific account, but we will say so and point you to a better route. Thank you for helping us keep the site accurate.
